TaqMan microRNA assays for exosomal RNA analysis. A. RNA extracted from SCC and AiTS exosomal preparations was screened using TaqMan assays for miR-16, miR-21, miR-34 and miR-155. Expression was normalized to miR-16 (positive control), which revealed similar expression of miR-21, miR-34 and miR-155 among the SCC exosomal preparations. Down-regulation was observed among the AiTS for miR-21 and miR-34 (except SCC25 AiTS). Up-regulation of miR-155 was observed among three of the four AiTS (except CAL27). B.
