MiR-19a (a), miR-143 (b), miR-374-5p (c), as well as APACHE II (e) and Ranson scores (f), could identify SAP patients from HC, MAP, especially MSAP, whereas CRP (d), could not differentiate SAP from MSAP (p = 0.056).
